SHIPPING INFORMATION
Products are shipped within five (5) business days of order, although some orders may take longer due to Mr. Breathed's availability. Shipping costs are calculated based on order price and destination. Shipping insurance is included.
We offer three methods of shipping:
- Standard: Shipping by ground carrier usually takes 5-7 business days
to receive once the order is filled and shipped.
- 2nd Day: Shipping takes two days to receive once the order is filled
and shipped.
- Overnight: Shipping takes one day to receive once the order is filled and shipped.
Rosebud Enterprises does not ship internationally or to the US territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, or US Virgin Islands. Currently, Rosebud Enterprises does not ship to APO/AP Military Addresses.
When you place an order with Rosebud Enterprises, you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation containing your Order Number. You can use this Order Number if you email our Customer Service Department.
If you would like to ship products to two different addresses, please place two separate orders. At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
RETURNS POLICY - OUR GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please email us within 30 days of purchase and include your order number. Please describe in detail the reason for your return. We will replace the item, or offer a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). | |
