Mars Needs Moms! is a movie!

Berkeley's picture book, Mars Needs Moms, is presently in production as a major Walt Disney release for 2010. Starring Seth Green, Joan Cusack, Dan Fogler and Elisabeth Harnois, this Simon Wells (The Time Machine) directed film brings to life the story of a little boy named Milo who discovers just how valuable moms are, but only after Martians come to Earth and grab his very own. Martians need mothers on a planet that is devoid of any; Milo will have to save his mother in what on film becomes a major science fiction adventure spectacular.
